I accept the Terms & Conditions of Hire and that this booking does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed and invoiced by Hog's Back Hot Tubs.

I understand that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure my booking and that full payment must be made 14 days prior to the delivery date.

I confirm that no-one wearing any form of "fake tan" or tinted moisturisers will be permitted to use the hot tub, and that I may be charged for a full replacement should staining to the hot tub occur if they do so.
