how does it work?
Book online, then…
We deliver on a Thursday and collect on a Monday for our standard weekend hire (other days may be available, minimum hire period/charge is 4 nights).
It can take 6-24 hours for our hot tubs to heat up depending on the weather and the temperature of the water used to fill the hot tub. Once ready, check the chlorine levels with the provided tester, climb in and relax!
We supply and set up all the hired equipment, including an insulating base and lid so the water heats faster. We set up the initial chemical dose, show you how to use the heater pump and how to clean the filter.
You’ll need to supply a large enough, flat area, power within reach of a 5-7m cable, water, and ideally access to a drain as flower beds and lawns don’t tend to enjoy chlorine.

We like to keep things simple
Choose the hot tub you’d like to hire, fill out the booking form and pay the deposit. We’ll deliver and set it up, leave you to enjoy it, and collect again after.
We usually deliver on a Thursday as rental hot tubs can take 6-24 hours to heat up unless you can supply hot water (e.g. from a combi boiler and tap adapter).
We usually collect on a Monday once you’ve had time to enjoy your weekend of jacuzzi hire.
We can usually set up a hot tub hire within about 30 minutes, depending on access. How long it takes to fill is dependent on your water pressure (and we’ll leave you to do this), and it will take up to 24 hours to heat up once full enough to turn the heater on.
Simply complete the booking form, double checking you’ve entered your full address, email and phone number correctly, and we’ll send you an invoice.
The most important thing is to check the dimensions of the hot tub against the space you have available, and that there is access to power that can stay on overnight within a few metres.
An outside socket or access via a window is normal. Extension leads aren’t recommended and may not be rated for the power required.
You’ll also need to supply water via a hose, and a nearby drain would be ideal as flower beds, lawns and chlorine don’t mix well!
Hire a hot tub from us and it’s suitable for use all year round and in all weathers apart from thunderstorms.
If the skies are looking grey and you’d rather not see them, ask about our gazebo hire too and string up some twinkly lights instead.
Once you complete the booking form for your hot tub hire you’ll be taken to a payment page for the deposit.
The balance is due 14 days before the hire date by bank transfer.
The most common problem is a blocked filter, these can be removed, cleaned and replaced in a few minutes so you can get back to enjoying the hot tub.
